It's only Monday - Aug. 2018

The oxygen from your lips
Saves me a breath of air
And your hand on my hips ...
Don't yet despair.

Let's lose ourselves in a hormonal mist,
Draw me closer to your spellbound abyss,
And your compelling smile, I taste it
While searching for the light
In the green forest of your eyes.
Mingle your shadows and demons with mine,
Don't stop the waves, I'm reaching it now
I do it with a cry. . .

Take a breath, count to ten
Let my dreams guide you again
Led by the zephyr within,
Bite and claw at my skin . . .
Stakes are high, bets are in.

Step up or back down,
Cover my mouth, I'm about to shout,
Lift me up or let me drown,
In those eyes of earthly brown.

Fingers entangled with yours,
Your name I call out,
Go for another round love, don't frown
Bruises on my wrists, claw marks on my back
I don't mind the love wounds, do it in reversed horseback
The cognac numbs the pain, until I woke up ...
