She
waited alone, legs crossed, absent
Though hell is lovely, I watch her ascend
She waved and smiled a crescent smile,
Brightening the dim room, warming up inside
Like the moon's glow on the cold winter sky
Her eyes two stars deeper than the darkness of night
Her waist long hair makes me want to braid
Galaxies in her silky black strands ...
She walks straight, melodious, unbent
Sometimes her gaze catches mine, though I might melt
And I try to hold it as long as the time is disrupted
Only present is now, the other two I transcend
Thanks to those heart stopping eyes
A damage even mages cannot stop with fire or ice.
Even the moon didn't show up tonight
She shied away cause you were out,
Jealous of the way you shine with that inner light
Together with Mars they covet you from beneath
The dark leaves, through the branches and seek
To match your features and compete with
The way you make use of the darkness inside
The way everything floats when you laugh so light
And all the times Jekyll subsumed to Mr. Hyde
And the way you move your hand through...
Spinning that black lock, clutching to your fingers so smooth
Take these lines to your heart's content
They're not dense, nor heavy, but simply laid
Now that fire and ice are about to be consumed
Tell me why it feels right to do something wrong?
Why can't time stand still as we'll dance on a never-ending song.
